Browser Requirements
Supported browser features and minimum requirements for using ConfigSentry securely.
- A modern browser with JavaScript enabled.
- Support for TLS 1.2 or newer.
- Support for first-party essential session cookies.
- Support for same-origin fetch/XHR requests used by the application interface.
The supported browser families are:
Google Chrome
Current stable release and the previous major release.
Microsoft Edge
Current stable release and the previous major release.
Mozilla Firefox
Current ESR release and current stable release.
Apple Safari
Current macOS-supported Safari release.
Essential cookies are required. ConfigSentry uses first-party essential cookies for sign-in state, session security, MFA workflows, and account navigation.
JavaScript must be enabled. The application uses JavaScript for session refresh, interactive forms, live validation, knowledge base search, and account dashboards.
If either essential cookies or JavaScript are blocked, key functions such as sign-in, MFA verification, session management, and dashboard actions may not work correctly.
- Screen width of at least 1280px for the best experience on rule management and report pages.
- Browser zoom between 90% and 110% for dense tables and configuration views.
- A stable internet connection when uploading configuration files or generating reports.
